Finals

I'll admit that it's all self-induced, but I'll be damned if it's not exhilarating when these things come down to the wire. I find I do some of my best writing then. If you need me, I'll be in Stanley Coulter G73, the computer lab...for two days straight.

Donald Claycomb could always amuse us with his own epigram:

"The sooner you get behind, the more time you have to catch up."

By senior year, I was writing my 5-7 page papers two to three hours before they were due. I did some of my best work on those papers....
I expect you are too busy to comment on my comment- I remain at the ready with Heroes whenever you are free of academic obligations!

I remember one semester I had three 10-page papers that were due three days in a row. Each night I started a new paper with a bottle of bourbon at hand, promptly passed out, then woke up at midnight and finished the rest of the paper before dawn. I thought they were great papers at the time...

Hey, I'm writing a great paper. And I'm not drunk!

Well, I wouldn't hold out much hope on that paper then...
